BRIEF
Working with the Home Improvements team we developed a comprehensive intermediaries support pack. This pack was aimed at GE Money's smaller intermediaries that did not have visiting account manager. The Home Direct service was set-up as telephone/email call centre for these customers to contact GE Money with any issues/requirements.

The pack explains in detail the various processes and requirements for selling GE Money finance, and offers sales support tools and advice, with examples of how to complete forms and overcome customer objections. The pack is ring-bound to allow for updates to be sent to the intermediaries when new or updated information becomes available.
