Working with the Customer Sales team we developed a customer facing welcome pack that would be sent to any GE Money customer opening a account - whether a mortgage, secured loan, home improvement loan etc. The pack explained the general benefits of having a loan with GE Money, and was also used as a opportunity for cross-sales by explaining the benefits of all the products offered.
