As part of the brand update project, we used a bespoke e-Comms system for all of Freedom's online marketing and communications - this system gathers data to allow the marketing department to anyalise and manage the success of their newsletter communications, the data gathered includes what articles are most popular, which links are clicked, how many people opened the email etc.
